Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on digital items for obvious reasons.

We offer refunds on physical items, under the following conditions:

The item must be new, has not been used and must be in impeccable condition that can be easily resold.
If you want to exchange for a different size, please return your item and place a new order for the correct size.
Customers are responsible for return postage. Any postage from the initial order will be deducted from the total refund amount.

FAQ

Once you finalised your payment, you will receive an email with a link to download the product. If you come across with any issues downloading the product, please email us on hello@dearcooper.store.
Most of our sewing patterns are beginner friendly. We add a graphic showing the level of difficulty for each pattern so you can decide whether it's the right level for you. Some of our patterns also included video instructions to guide you through the process. We want you to have fun making clothing or accessories for your pup(s).
Unfortunately we do not offer exchange or refunds on digital items for obviously reasons. However, each pattern (except one size fits all) comes with alteration instructions where you can adjust the pattern according to the size you were looking for.
Yes, all our sewing patterns are tailored for dachshund's unique body shape. However, some customers would purchase (and made small adjustments) to fit their equally long body dogs, or dachshund mix. For example, we have a customer who purchase our bandana sewing pattern to make a cute bandana for their pet rabbit.
Each pattern comes with slightly different sizings and we include a size chart in each pattern. You can also check out this page to see how to correctly measure your dog.
